UTME Candidates:
- Must have scored at least 160 in the 2024 UTME.
- Must have chosen Osun State University as their first choice, or be willing to change their institution to UNIOSUN.
- Must possess at least five (5) Credit Passes in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB in relevant subjects, obtained in no more than two sittings. However, for Medicine, Nursing, and Law, candidates must have at least five (5) Credit Passes in one sitting.
Direct Entry Candidates:
- Must have obtained a Direct Entry(DE) Form directly from JAMB.
- Must register and participate in the UNIOSUN Post UTME screening exercise.
- All UNIOSUN IJMB and JUPEB students must also apply.
