To qualify for the UITH admission, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
– Obtain five (5) credits in the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
– These results must be obtained in no more than two sittings in WASSCE, NECO, or NABTEB examinations.
– NABTEB results cannot be combined with WASSCE or NECO results.
Age Requirement:
- Applicants must be at least 16 years of age at the time of filling out thee application.
Physical and Legal Requirements:
- Candidates should have no deformities in their hands.
- Applicants must possess a clean criminal record and provide proof of good character.
How to Apply 2024 Unilorin School of Nursing(UITH)

- Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦10,000 via the REMITA to the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital Schools Complex Revolving Fund Account.
Step 2: Obtain and Complete the Application Form
- After making the payment, download the application form and go to the official UITH website.
- Fill out the form accurately, by providing every damn required information required
Step 3: Submit Your Application
- Submit the completed admission form you filled together with the following documents:
- Two (2) passport photographs
- Photocopies of your credentials, together with your O’level results and even birth certificate
- Submit your application slip in person or via courier to:
