    This contract (“Contract”) is entered into on this [date] by and between the United States Department of Veteran Affairs (“VA”) and the recipient of free veteran legal services (“Recipient”).

    Article 1 – Services
    1.1 The VA agrees to provide the Recipient with free legal services related to veteran`s benefits, disability claims, and other legal matters that may affect the Recipient`s status as a veteran.
    Article 2 – Term
